获取 MetaEco 余额通知验签公钥

GET /miniapp/v1/apps/{app_id}/payments/notification-key

应用后端使用接口 token 读取当前 MetaEco 余额支付事件通知公钥及 key_id。根据通知的 X-MetaEco-Key-ID 选择公钥，按签名协议验证原始请求正文；此公钥独立于微信支付平台证书和 wx.requestPayment 预支付签名。响应禁止共享缓存。

鉴权与参数

使用 Authorization: Bearer <接口 token>。接口 token 由应用后端使用 AppSecret 换取，只保存在应用后端。
